I enjoy doing shopKick but it's frustrating sometimes. Items not available at store or can't be scanned.

Sorry we don't recognize this item.

I shop a lot and I think it's ridiculous you have to wait 21 days to get walk in kicks. Some items are promotional and not restocked so they are available to scan.

Happy 202* *** bonus kicks code won’t work

SHOPKICK sent a Happy 2025 bonus 500 kicks. I have attempted numerous times to enter code NY25K50 and receive message that code is not good.

Then you are to scan 3 items in the app within 7days and points will be given.
I have contacted SHOPKICK once before to no avail and your customer service number does not work. Today is final day and I want my 500 bonus kicks.
What can be done with this issue of your code not working.

Wasn't getting verification code to redeem my card. Kept texting to company about it.

Called the number but never received a called back as requested.

Found out why I wasn't getting it. Still no call from Shopkick.

My experience with shopkick... I only have 1 account... they were saying I have 2 ...
1 is mine and the other one that they had on there is my friends... I have my own phone with mine and she has her phone with her own account on it ...we both scan items because we enjoyed the app... I have a 5 dollar gift card that I got from scanning items and watching the vedios ... but can't get to let me use my gift card ... please fix so I can use my gift card...

If I can actually get in touch with somebody I would be happy but since I can't get in touch with somebody just a simple switch my phone number over I really don't know what to say I really enjoyed the program now give me motivation get out but since I don't know how to sit down my phone number I'm not motivated no more and I don't know what to say I hope just don't feel nobody it's just my opinion you need to get someone on the phone or if somebody like me would need help you really don't know if you have young customer or older customer that we need help that's all I got to say I hope I get to hear from you thank you
