Verification of phone number

Unable to get my phone number changed and verified very frustrating. Tried to follow the instructions that was given me, but was unable to get to the next page. Nothing would show up as you said it would.

Not getting my issue resolved

May 13th 2925 I redeemed 4- 100.00 Amazon gift cards kicks were removed from my total and
$400.00 shows on my non purchased tax page
But on My regards it shows I only received 2- $100.00 Amazon gift cards

I have not received any of my eligible kicks from receipts since starting

I have missed out on thousands of kicks that have been verified on my phone first with the scan. It is frustrating to be trying to save money and even more so that the company is not even responding to my emails or trying to fix whatever glitch is happening in my account.

The # no longer exists. I went online & nothing was resolved. This isn’t the first time. It didn’t have a $10 card so I needed 2 $5 cards. It keeps saying congratulations after the first card scan . After that couldn’t get it to work another scan . Tried a few times & you deducted 3 gift cards instead of the 1 card I received. That’s really unfair & I want my unused kicks back. You should have a valid phone number for customer service.
